Activating Office 2019 / 2021 / 2024 — online (Volume license)
You activate your license using our simple installer. It downloads and installs Office directly from Microsoft's official servers and activates it right away. Below, we'll walk you through the whole process step by step.

First, uninstall any old versions of Office
Before installing the version you bought, uninstall all previous versions of Office (including the pre-installed Office 365 on a new computer). You'll find uninstall instructions here (Microsoft support).
What to expect
Is it safe? Exactly what our installer does
We get it — running an .exe file from an online store raises questions. So we'll tell you straight what the program does — and what it doesn't.
- It asks you for your email and license key and verifies that the license really was purchased from us. This stops third parties from misusing the installer.
- It inserts the key into the configuration file (XML) of Microsoft's official tool (Office Deployment Tool).
- It unpacks the installer and downloads Office directly from Microsoft's official servers — not ours.
- It runs the installation and activation. That's it — it does nothing more.
It's not a virus or a trojan
The program is digitally signed with a valid certificate (code-signing), so both Windows and antivirus software recognize it as software from a verified publisher. It doesn't collect your personal data, it installs nothing extra, and it doesn't connect anywhere except to verify the license and download from Microsoft. If a Windows SmartScreen warning does happen to appear for a brand-new file, just go ahead via More info → Run anyway — it's safe. Download and installation

Download the installer file
Download the installer file from this link (fig. 1).

Run the file as administrator
Once downloaded, open the file and run it as administrator (fig. 2 and 3).

Enter your email and license key
A command prompt opens where you enter your email and the license key you purchased. This verifies that no unauthorized person can misuse the installer (fig. 4).

Installation starts automatically
After you enter your details, Office downloads from Microsoft and the installation begins (fig. 5). Keep your computer connected to the internet and wait for it to finish.

Activation (if it doesn't start automatically)
Most of the time Office activates itself once the key is entered. If it doesn't, activate it manually using the steps below. Don't put off activation — do it right after installation.

Open Word, for example
After installation, open any Office application, e.g. Word (fig. 6).

Account → Activate Product
The program will prompt you to activate. If it doesn't, click Account and then Activate Product (fig. 7). If the key is faulty, you can keep using Office in trial mode for now, until we sort out a replacement for your license.

Activate over the internet (recommended)
Since you have a product with online activation, choose the first option — I want to activate the software over the Internet (recommended) (fig. 8). That said, the program may not ask you to activate at all and will activate automatically.

Done — your product is activated
After you click Next, the product is activated (fig. 9 and 10). If an error message appears, check your invoice to see whether you bought an Office edition with phone activation.

All done!
Office is installed and activated. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the other applications are ready to use.
Frequently asked questions
Antivirus or Windows is blocking the program — is that okay?
The program is digitally signed with a valid certificate, so neither Windows nor your antivirus should block it. If a SmartScreen warning does show up for a brand-new file, it's just a false positive — click More info → Run anyway. The program isn't a virus and does nothing harmful.
Why does it ask for my email and key?
To verify that the license was purchased from us and to make sure no unauthorized person can misuse the installer. Your details are used only for this verification.
Where is Office downloaded from?
Directly from Microsoft's official servers. Our program only prepares the official installer with your key.
Do I have to uninstall old versions of Office?
Yes, uninstall all older versions of Office before installing. You'll find instructions above (Microsoft support).
I'm getting an error during activation
