Our refund policy forms part of and should be read in conjunction with our terms and conditions and our privacy policy. We reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time. By making a purchase through the website, you declare and agree to be bound by the conditions described below. Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.
1. Refunds
CD-Keys.online clients may request a refund and exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase. This period begins on the day the transaction is confirmed. It is important that the refund request is made within this period to be considered valid.
2. Conditions for Refund
For a refund to be processed, the purchased license key must not have been activated. Activation of the key indicates that the product has been used, which means that the license key cannot be activated again and therefore sold again. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds once the key has been activated.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, the customer must contact our support team via online chat or the contact information available on our website. During the contact, the customer must provide the order number and other relevant details that will allow us to verify the status of the license key. Once the request is reviewed and approved, we will proceed to process the refund via the original payment method.
4. Processing Times
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used by the customer. While CD-Keys.online strives to process refunds as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for any delays once the refund has been approved and processed on our end.
5. Defective Products
If you experience any problems with the license key provided, you have 30 days to submit a claim for defective product. CD-Keys.online is committed to do everything possible to resolve the problem. This may include technical assistance for the correct activation of the product, verification of the validity of the key, or the issuance of a new key in case the original key is found to be defective.
We are committed to customer satisfaction. In cases where the problem with the license key cannot be resolved by the above means, CD-Keys.online will work closely with the client to find a satisfactory solution which may include issuing a new key or, in exceptional circumstances, refunding the amount paid.
The client can file a claim for a defective product by sending an email through CD-Keys.online's contact information. CD-Keys.online will process and resolve the claim within a reasonable time. Please note the client is not entitled to make a claim if the client knew of the defect at the time of purchase or was the cause of the defect.
6. Exclusions
This refund policy applies only to purchases made directly from CD-Keys.online. Purchases made through third party or affiliated platforms are not covered by this policy and the customer should contact the original vendor for any refund requests.
