The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the update date. By continuing participation after changes are published, the participant agrees to the new terms.

Only orders paid and completed between March 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026, will be included in the draw. The contest takes place exclusively via the cd-keys.online website and is not organized through social networks.
Winning Prizes
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation. The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with a comparable alternative in case of unavailability. Winners outside the EU are responsible for any customs duties upon import.
Conditions of Participation
Any natural person over the age of 18, regardless of nationality or country of residence, can participate, except for employees and associates of the Organizer and their family members. To be validly entered, all four conditions must be met simultaneously.
The order must be successfully paid and completed between March 1, 2026, and June 30, 2026. The minimum value is €15 including VAT per single order — multiple orders do not sum up. Cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will not be included.
The review must be truthful — it must reflect your actual experience with the product, whether positive or negative. Fabricated, misleading, or false reviews are a violation of the contest terms and lead to immediate disqualification. The review must be demonstrably linked to a specific order and published on a verifiable platform (e-shop, Trustpilot, Google Reviews) during the contest period.
Active following of the cd-keys.online Facebook page is required: facebook.com/cdkeysonline. Following must be active on the day of the draw (June 30, 2026). Unfollowing before the draw = disqualification.
Each customer is entitled to one entry regardless of the number of purchases or reviews. Duplicate entries will be identified and removed.
Important notice regarding reviews: The Organizer actively verifies reviews against orders in the system. Any fabricated, false, or misleading review — including reviews describing products or experiences that do not correspond to reality — will be considered a violation of the contest terms and lead to immediate and permanent disqualification without compensation.
Drawing Process
The draw will take place electronically by random selection from all eligible and verified participants after the contest closes on June 30, 2026. To ensure transparency, a certified tool (RANDOM.ORG) with a publicly verifiable protocol will be used.
- Before inclusion, the Organizer will verify fulfillment of all conditions (purchase ≥ €15, truthful review, FB following).
- The 1 Grand Prize winner (PS5) will be drawn first, followed by 5 winners of the secondary prize (€20 coupon). One participant can only win one prize.
- The drawing protocol will be publicly available and kept for at least 12 months.
- Winners will be contacted via email within 14 business days of the draw.
- The name (or nickname) of the Grand Prize winner will be published on the website and Facebook page cd-keys.online after the prize is handed over.
- If a winner does not respond within 30 days of notification, they forfeit the prize and a substitute draw will take place.
Winner's Obligations
After receiving the Grand Prize (PS5), the winner is required to meet the following conditions. Failure to do so may result in the prize being withdrawn and a substitute winner being drawn.
📸 Photo with the Prize: The winner is required to send a photo with the received prize to support@cd-keys.online within 30 days of receipt. The photo will be used for promotional purposes (website, Facebook cd-keys.online). By sending the photo, the winner grants free consent for its publication.
⚠️ Refusal of Photography: If the winner does not agree to the publication of the photo, they must notify support@cd-keys.online in writing before receiving the prize. In such a case, the Organizer will only publish anonymous information about the win. Refusal does not affect the entitlement to the prize.
Tax Obligations
Grand Prize — PS5 (value over €350): The Organizer assumes responsibility for settling the prize tax. Winners from the SK/EU are not required to separately declare or pay the tax.
Winners outside the EU are responsible for verifying and fulfilling any tax obligations according to their country's laws.
€20 Coupons: Electronic discount codes do not represent a monetary prize. No tax or customs obligations arise.
Customs Fees: The Organizer covers delivery. Winners outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees upon import of physical prizes.
Exclusion from the Contest
- The participant provided false or misleading information.
- The review is false, fabricated, misleading, purchased, AI-generated, or otherwise manipulated — or is not demonstrably linked to a real order.
- The participant used automated tools, bots, or scripts to gain an unfair advantage.
- One participant attempted to enter multiple times under different identities or email addresses.
- The order was cancelled, returned, or refunded before the day of the draw.
- The participant stopped following the cd-keys.online Facebook page before the day of the draw.
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel entry upon reasonable suspicion of a violation of the terms, without entitlement to any compensation. This decision is final.
Data Protection (GDPR)
The Organizer processes participants' personal data in accordance with GDPR (EU) 2016/679. The controller is DIGITAL RESELLER LLC via the cd-keys.online e-shop.
Contest organization, verification of conditions, contacting winners, publishing results, promotional use of the winner's photo.
Contract fulfillment — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (photo). Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Name, email, delivery address, country, winner's photo (with consent). Data is not sold to third parties.
Max. 12 months after the contest ends. Drawing protocol min. 12 months. Photo according to granted consent.
Access, rectification, erasure, withdrawal of consent, restriction of processing, complaint to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the SR.

Truthfulness and Objectivity of Reviews
- Reviews must be truthful. They must reflect real and personal experience with the product — including any problems, defects, or dissatisfaction. A truthful negative review is just as valid as a positive one.
- The review must be demonstrably linked to a specific order. Reviews without a verifiable purchase will not be accepted.
- Fabricated, false, or misleading reviews — regardless of whether they are positive or negative — are a serious violation of the terms and lead to immediate disqualification.
- The Organizer will not pressure customers into positive ratings in any way.
- In accordance with EU Regulation 2019/2161 (Omnibus), the Organizer discloses that contest participants were rewarded with the opportunity to enter the prize draw for leaving a review.
Final Provisions
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. For disputes between the Organizer and an EU consumer, the court in the SR is competent.
- EU consumers can resolve disputes via the ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- Relationship to Facebook / Meta: This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Direct all questions to support@cd-keys.online.
- The Organizer is not responsible for technical failures or non-delivery of emails caused by a third party.
- By participating, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms in full.
